For my father-in-law’s birthday last week my Hubby cooked a wonderful boondock dish. Blue-Cheese Butter, Bacon wrapped Venison Filets! For those of you squinchy-faced, “ewe, venison is so gross” peeps out there, all I have to say is… More for me!
Honestly, you could not tell the difference between these filets and beef. It was the most juicy, tender, perfect dish!
And of course B had lots of help in the Kitchen!
